Meet Genevieve

I studied psychology in undergrad initially thinking I wanted to become a therapist, but quickly realized I was more interested in applying psychology in a goal-oriented, forward-moving way rather than through a diagnostic lens.

That led me to a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, with the goal of becoming an executive coach and applying psychology where so much of our identity, confidence, and fulfillment come from: work.

During graduate school, I began working in data-driven consulting, building a strong foundation in research, data analysis, and systems-level thinking.

In 2022, a series of significant, devastating losses forced me to pause and take real accountability for how I wanted to move forward.

I returned to the dream of coaching with greater intention, becoming certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and deepening my training through NLP and EFT tapping, with a focus on practical mindset change and action through accountability.

Today, I help capable, high-performing people understand their patterns, reduce internal friction, and take intentional action toward what’s next.

Charli is my full of personality, lovable, and totally unforgettable Shorty Bull and the unofficial heart of GCW Mindset Coaching. She’s empathetic, hilarious, and always down for a beach day, a lizard hunt, or a good roll in the dirt.

She reminds me (and my clients) to stay present, find joy in the little things, and never underestimate the power of a snack break. Everyone who meets her falls in love.

Charli keeps the vibes high, the energy grounded, and the love flowing. She’s not just a dog, she’s the Chief Vibe Officer.

GCW Mindset Coaching, my mission is to help growth-minded, action-oriented people understand themselves at their core so they can own their strengths, break through limitations, and create a life that feels peaceful, powerful, and authentic. Using the MBTI personality assessment and personalized mindset coaching, I help you build a solid foundation, rewire limiting beliefs, and take aligned action without the inauthentic, fake positivity or pressure to be perfect.
